Converts from Windows native COLORREF (0xBBGGRR to 0xAARRGGBB).

colorBGR (int)

Color in 0xBBGGRR format.

makeOpaque (bool?)

Set alpha = 0xFF. If null (default), sets alpha = 0xFF if it is 0 in colorBGR.
