Overload
Adds System.Windows.Controls.DockPanel panel that will contain elements added with wpfBuilder.Add etc. Finally call wpfBuilder.End to return to current panel.

Remarks
For added elements call wpfBuilder.Dock, maybe except for the last element that fills remaining space.
