Enumerates Outlook Express or Windows Mail folders and messages. Loads messages.
Works with OE database files (dbx), not with OE window.
Also there are functions to delete, move, etc.

I would appreciate it if anybody could give advice or help on the way I could save a message to disk as a a windows file, using this method.
