Bump trigger

how do i make a bump trigger for all top bumps?

i want to start the same macro for all slow top bumps to top.

can you give me an example trigger which can identify the variation of bumps?
like have i been started on first or second monitor.
have i been bumped slow. once or twice?

Need 3 macros, #1, #2 and #3. Or create custom trigger using SetWindowsHookEx, MonitorFromPoint etc.
