sorry ,search a lot still unable to write simple code

1:


how to  sequencely paste  a list of phrase alternatively and change their content sequencely.
using the same keyboard shortcut
 e.g. as I have a to i  name of people, how to paste three person each time (in facebook) ,but change them accordingly from first then second pairs of name when I hit the same keyboard shortcut( as too much shortcut is not easy to remember )
1:a, b, c  (first time of hitting the keyboard)
2,d, e, f   (second time of hitting the keyboard)
3:g, h, i   (third time)

then repeat

4:1:a, b, c  

5:d, e, f   ....

as I want to paste them sequencely to avoid the same content everytime  !

as for question 1: any help please?
as I use it to tag (mention people) in facebook ,each time three person must have variation, if I tag the same person each time,
facebook diable me to tag, therefore a need to paste different people name to avoid facebook block
