Dialog Help

I am trying to create a simple dialog with a spot for somebody to enter a sequence of numbers and an "OK" button. When they click "OK", I want the Dialog to take what was entered into the space provided and enter it into another program.

Any and All information would be great.

you can use an input box instead of making a dialog.input box is on the qm floating toolbar
