IE7 open in new tab

I guess this is pretty basic, but I'd be really grateful for your help.
Under IE7, I want to be able to hover over a link and "open in new tab" using double-right-click as the trigger.
Just can't seem to make it work.
A solution would really be appreciated.

For some reason - maybe because I use an MX510 mouse setup to do different things - this didn't completely work, but it gave me enough of a lead. This simple solution works brilliantly:
