loop delay?

And I have to make that script waits 2 sec after doing that job for me but I don't know the syntax which can control this problem, could anybody help me?

it only wait for the 1st time, the n times after that continuously go without waiting

put the wait command within the rep loop
in other words, put the wait command underneath the rep command and indented
