Finding a String in a Window

I have a question: how would I go about finding a sub-string in the text of a window and move the mouse to the position of the string in that window?

I have tried using an accessible command, but that has not worked and I am at a loss for how to do this.

If accessible does not work, then only scan (Find image) can work.
