toolbar attached... how to stop toolbar

hello, i am tesing QM and i ran the Sticky Toolbar, which attaches a toolbar to Notepad... when i right click i see the options, when i select 'close' it disappears. BUT, it continues to come back.  Is there a way to stop running this toolbar so it doesnt appear on notepad any more... thanks

In Quick Macros window, right-click Sticky Toolbar or Samples folder and disable it.

the way, the right click options on toolbar says "vertical toolbar". i assumed this meant, toolbar would switch to a vertical  instead of default horizontal format...but it doesnt switch. what exactly does that mean then?

else, if it doesnt mean vertical format, then how would i get the toolbar vertical and have it positioned to left or right of a window vertically?

Right-drag to move. Drag borders to resize.
