exeProgram compile error

I'm getting this...

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\LibreAutomate\dotnet_ref.txt'.


If I run the same script as a mini program it runs fine.  This is just since an update to 0.8

Thoughts?
