run in specified monitor

what about an extra option for run ?

run on screen

would be useful for users with multiple screens.

i have qm launch bars on two monitors.

notepad started from toolbar2 on monitor2 should open there.

i know i could write a function for it, but then i can't use the qm run dialog.
