Buttons in top frame of dlg

Hi Gintaras,
Is it possible to have a dialog which is essentially just the top frame of a dialog (where the minimize and X-close buttons are located) and place additional buttons or other dialog elements on that frame?
This is not hugely important so don't want you to take a lot of time if not a simple solution.

Controls in title bar - no.
Draw title bar in client area - yes, but much work.
