Set Windows Theme

Hi All,
My toolbars and dialog buttons look different depending on the Windows Theme. Sometimes these are changed on various computers. Is there a way using QM that can check the current theme and if not "Windows XP" or whatever, load that theme?

Still no way to identify current theme in Windows7? or last theme loaded perhaps?
