New to QM

I work in a large office in Manchester and recently I've been asked as part of my job to take charge of all the QM work.
I'm slightly anxious of this as I've utterly NO CODING experience at all.

How difficult exactly is it to create QMs and is there any particular aspects I should swat up on.

I've been using QuickMacros for 6 to 9 months now and it's an awesome piece of software.
I had academic experience with coding (C, C++ and Assembly) and I could realate some of it but this was almost tottaly new.

For starters I think the best advice is to always read the help of each function, it contains good information and almost all the times an example on how to use it.

Then, after you get confortable with it and start doing your stuff, this forum is very usefull for some complex doubts you could have.
