Executable file warning sound

I cannot understand why the following item, when run as executable, it gives a warning-error sound when it ends. Please advise.

Let me clarify that :
(a) I am using ShowTooltip version given in topic Tooltip

(b) The warning sound is given only if flag 1 (balloon) is used. No problem when flag is 0.
