Mouse Function Based on HID

Hi everyone! I've been working/stressing on this project for a long time. I was so confident in myself that I would figure it out, but alas, here I am asking for help...

Basically, I have a separate mouse I want to plug into my computer. My normal mouse shouldn't be changed, but my 2nd mouse should have separate media functions attached to it instead. 

Scroll Up: Vol Up
Scroll Down: Vol Down
Wheel Push Down: Mute
Wheel Left: Previous Track
Wheel Right: Next Track
Left Button: Play
Right Button: I don't know yet

Is this possible with Quick Macros?

One more question actually... I would make a new post, but I'd imagine you have all the answers.

Is there a way to add acceleration? Basically, to increase volume, the mouse scroll wheel moves pretty slow. I'd like to make it so the faster I scroll, the faster the volume increases. Any ideas? Thanks!!!
