hotkey.. left mouse click with keyboard button

hi, i created a menu item and noticed a trigger can be a mouse click (left, right, middle) and a modifier (ctrl, shft, alt) this is great but it limits to only 3 options.

is it possible  to use mouse key down and keyboard button (any keyboard letter) for a trigger, if so how?  if not, possible to add, seems convenient when moving mouse with right hand and able to press key with other to execute macro, menu item, toolbar, etc

It is not possible in current QM version. Probably will not be in the future too.
