convert bmp to jpeg

Hi,
I use the function CaptureImageOnScreen and it works great but it only creates a .bmp file.  Is there a way to save as a jpeg or convert the bmp a jpeg?

I looked for a function to accomplish this but didn't have any luck finding one.
