Extract Description properties of a PDF - possible?

Hello All,
Is it possible to extract the Description attributes of a pdf using QM?
I have a large number of pdf's whose filenames are often just number strings but actually the real title of the document is available when you right click to Properties window on Details tab. See attached photo.
The following information seems to be available:
Title, Subject, AUthors, Tags, Producer, Creator, PDF Specification, Pages.
I tried GetFileAttributes without success in getting at this information.
Any suggestions?
