how 2 get the owner window of a toolbar if a menu is used

How do u get the owner window of a toolbar if the function u want 2 run is a menu and that menu is on the toolbar?

wheni use a menu in the toolbar it returns a 0 instead of the handle.

maybe i missed it but i didn't see anything about getting the owner window handle if a menu is used also in a toolbar

ok i have tried a few things and still when i use a menu in a toolbar and run a function off that menu it won't return the window handle. it returns a 0 instead.
