Can QM leave me voicemail?

I have a QM 2.1.4 macro that detects when a program suffers an error. I'd like it to tell me when this happens, but can't use email to do it. Could QM somehow dial me? And speak a text string out loud to me or to my voicemail? Or is this just too crazy?

Well, i should think that you could use MS dialup networking items to dial up, and you could have QM play an MP3 that you have recorded or use a text reader to read out loud the text (i think Office 2003 has it). However, the problem comes in getting that sound down the phone line...I don't have a solution for that part.
