Systray Floater

I have been using qm in the past only with my last stage of active coding, so i lost track on what is possible.
Is it possible to create a toolbar which is showing all systray icons (including the hidden ones)?
That would allow me to have something like alt-tab for tasks, but in this case a systray task toolbar/dialog.

Can get only visible icons. Somewhere in forum should be the function.

i guess windows is saving somewhere in registry info about the hidden items. maybe that can be observed by registry changes when changing visibility of an item?
