More Tools on a Toolbar

Dear Gintaras,

QM Toolbar has an entry "More Tools". Although I managed to reproduce and use it in other toolbars as well, I am looking for some help - advice on the way it works. I would appreciate any advice from you.

Furthermore, a similar toolbar, for example in Internet Explorer, has in its dropdown menu the option "Pin all buttons". Is it possible – I mean in an easy way – do reproduce this option with QM? I have some thoughts (for example a second toolbar with all buttons) but I do not find it elegant.

It is menu "More Tools", somewhere in System.
Want to move items from it to the toolbar? Need to edit the toolbar. Or use 2 toobars. Or replace the toobar with your toolbar.
