Trigger a macro with right mouse click + wheel

In my browser I would like to use a macro to simulate pressing the Alt+left or Alt+right key.
I managed to do that bij using turning the mouse wheel up or down on the caption of my Internet Explorer Window.
What I would like is triggering the macro using click right mouse key + the turning the mouse wheel up or down anywhere in the window.
Is that possible?

The problem is that it shows menu.
I recommend to use mouse movement trigger instead.
