constrain width or height when drag resize dialog object

A small "luxury" request.
When pressing SHIFT / ALT and dragging to resize a dialog object let be constrained to width or height only (depending on what modifier key is pressed).

Yes, need it. Now in Dialog Editor you can use Shif+arrow keys for it.
