Can I use block text?

I just purchased a new keyboard and didn't realize that the left-hand Windows key which I use all the time has been replaced with a Function key. Can I reprogram the key and use it like a Windows key?
Also, I couldn't figure out how to add a new post so that is why I replied to an almost 10-year old post.

Cannot reprogram Fn, it is a special key that works at hardware level, not at OS level. But can remap some other useless key to Win, for example Ins. Look in floating toolbar -> More Tools -> Customize keyboard -> Remap keys.
