Timed key strokes while doing repeat command

Hi

is there a way to do a macro with repeat command and delay strokes.

sample:

i want to repeat 1 2 3 4 5 like below
rep
'12345 ;; 1 2 3 4 5

at the same time i want to have another key strokes that will work every 15 minutes repeatedly so output will be

12345 12345 12345 12345 12345 .. and number 6 will be added every 15 minutes of the sequence of 12345
