Excel question again

Hi there!

I have another problem ..

what i realy want is this:

A workbook in excel => copied to another workbook
In the copy search for eg 'work' select next row and change the value to '100' till end of sheet.
the changes copied to log or in another workbook

can somebody help me with this or direct me please?

I really need this...
If i have a 'framework' or something i figure the rest out myself but i don't know where to start and am not a programmer...
