Custom Dialogs

i would like to make a macro that will create a window that would appear with the text of one of my macros but im having a problem trying to create the window. im having a terrible time trying to figure out how to use the dialog editor to set the contents of text boxes or labels to variables.

do you have any suggestion of how i can learn to do this?
