Does QM do logging?

I'm looking into purchasing QM for my business but QM must be able to log activity. By log activity I mean, if someone opens the program, makes themselves a macro, executes/makes an executable out of it, can that be logged? If so, how?

QM does not log activity. Such events cannot be logged.

in much the same way, you cannot log someone building a batch file or a vb file and executing it.
