Accesible Object Trigger on STATICTEXT

Greetings , ill keep this sort .
I want to trigger a macro when 'Publish Succeeded' appears in visual studio 2010 's status bar. I think i can only make this happen using accesible object triggers.
After i learn how to do this , ill use the same method on other applications and possibly with other types of accesible objects so the solution should not be dependent on any particular application.
Thanks in advance , really need some way to do this ! Details are in attached pictures.

This object does not generate events.
Would need to run function that gets object text every 0.5 s...
