Click without using mouse cursor

Hi,

Not sure this is doable but I want to simulate a mouse click on a chosen coordinate on the screen without actually moving my mouse cursor..

So basically while I am doing something with the mouse cursor where its located at, I want at the same time to click at a point on the screen.

Hope this is understandable...
