left and right click at the same time

As title states,

Im trying to achieve left and right click at the same time where the cursor is, I thought it was as simple as "lef rig" in the code on the same line but that doesnt work and 

lef
rig

has a mini delay, not 100% at the same time

I don't think a simultaneous left and right click is possible in Windows. What's the exact purpose of your script?
If you perform a right click that will activate any window or file and therefore you won't need a left click first (although that may depend on your Windows Explorer settings).
