working with icon libraries

i use "@icon sushi" for editing .icl files.

in the program you have icon labels,
so is it possible to use labels instead of index ?

Icons can be identified by index or by negative resource id. Labels are not included in icon resource files (exe, dll, icl (not sure about icl)).
