Running macro keyboard only in background window

Hi there. I'm completely new to this program and have no idea about coding.. I have been using those macro that comes with gaming mouse and keyboards drivers but I'm trying to see if there is a way to run it in the background game while I'm playing another game. I have searched some of the stuff you guys created but I guess I'm having zero clue about them. I found a thread about SendKeysToWindow2, which looks like it would work but I'm having zero clue.

Could someone please show or explain to me the way that could have the macro running in the background game? I would just need it to be auto pressing 1, 9, 0 keys every 140ms inbetween them non stop.
