sweet got the toolbar good ty just one more thing...i want to make dialog so that when it opens it has a button of an existing macro that will run and it is possible to adjust speeds inside the function by typing in a wait in dialog i know that was wierd but can u help?

The function will start after adjusting speed in the dialog, or the dialog should adjust speed while the function is running? The second is more difficult, because then you may need to insert additional code in many places in the function.
