Trigger: tapping on Ctrl, Alt, or Sfift key

I would like to show a toolbar whenever I simply tap on the Ctrl key, without any other key.
Same about the Alt key, or the Shift key

Create function that sets low level keyboard hook, similarly as the BlockInput2 function in this forum. Watch for Ctrl down, then watch for Ctrl up or other key. On other key, stop watching. On Ctrl up, mac the macro.
