create exe out of scope function

I have a scope function that
in some windows runs MacroA
in some windows runs MacroB
elsewhere does nothing

Can I create an exe of this (I don't have Pro Version)

the trigger is F12 so I don't want it running everywhere

it creates and exe and corresponding dll

it errors with "Error (RT) in F12_Scope: invalid pointer"
