Updated. Look in 3-rd post.

Changed: dlg_QM_Grid2, CSqlite.ToQmGrid, LvAddCol2.
Added: QgAddColumns.

Now CSqlite.ToQmGrid cannot add columns. At first call QgAddColumns, then add data.

Fixed CSqlite.ToQmGrid bug when it fails if table is empty.
