Help with creating dialog / toolbar.

Hello! I have no programming skills, i`m just using some simple macros in one project. Software is unique, i like it. I want to create one more thing, but don`t know how.
So, i have a list of messages on web page. I wish that QM opens first message, shows window with 3 response options (macro1, macro2, macro3 (i got these macros)), and returns to next message.
Sorry my bad english, i believe someone can help me.
