I tested it, works well. Using Internet Explorer 8, Windows 7.

Maybe stopped working after Windows Automatic Update? Or after changing Internet Explorer settings?

Also look in Options dialog (in QM). In 'Run time' tab, default web browser class should be empty if your web browser is Internet Explorer.
