Try this: Open qm folder and run qmtul.exe.
It must show dialog 'Temporarily Unlock Computer'.
EDITED:
It is a bug in QM 2.3.2. On some XP computers does not show the dialog. Will be fixed in next version.
Or download new qmtul.exe and move to QM folder, replacing the old version.
