you can't. you need the password.
if you had it unencrypted before you encrypted it and forgot the password (assuming your not trying to crack someone else's code), you could import it from an old auto-backup in the backup dir.
PS: Gintaras won't help you unencrypt it; someone's already tried to get him to and he said "no".
