how to find picture? (VBSCall)

hi,
im new to qm and hope to not ask anything "noobish", but id like to know how i can get the VBSCall to work.
i want to make qm look for a picture and if the picture is where and how it should be, i want it to stop an other macro.
if you need any more information, then ask me please.
