Yes, on Win98/Me, QM keyboard and mouse commands did not work while input is blocked. In today's QM version, this limitation is removed. However, only thread (macro) thad uses BlockInput can generate keyboard/mouse events. This new feature is experimental and isn't enabled by default. Check "...use SendInput" in Options/Run-time.
