PerfFirst & PrefOut Usage - Total Time in Hours & Minutes

Greetings,

I am a bit confused about the usage of PerfFirst & PerfOut.

I need to accomplish the following:

1) Out the start time of a macro
2) Out the end time of a macro
3) Out the total time taken in hh:mm format

Kindly advise how I should go about it.
