To create regular expression, you can use:
Floating toolbar -> More tools -> Reg expr menu.
Find dialog -> check Regexp and use RX button. If highlighting is on, you can see the match in macro text.
Online regular expression builders/testers, eg https://regex101.com/ , http://www.regexr.com/.
