GetFilesInFolder - exclude subfolders

This works :

GetFilesInFolderExcept a "C:\tmp\tmp1" files "*.pdf"

I have two further questions :

(a) I need to exclude ".eml" too (with same as above statement)

(b) I need to exclude all files starting with "abcd" too.

I would appreciate your advice.
