Why mouse wheel F/B ok, but with <CTL> first needs rel

out and outp are identical except:
out displays the text in the QM output pane;
outp stores the text into the clipboard and presses Ctrl+V.

I also think outp should be renamed to paste.

key does not use the clipboard.

Try also "Set text of control", "Set text of acc obj" actions in the Text dialog.
